Dr. Enrico James Dirienzo, MD

Dr. D was a great doctor. Actually spent 45/mins with me in my appointment. He picked out i was having panic attacks not heart burn and gi issues like the physician assistant I saw twice and suggestions where to seek a counseling appointment and breathing exercises. I had no insurance at the time and he still spend the time and effort to make me feel better. He checked my thyroid as well as listened to my heart a few times to check for abnormalities. I wish he didn't leave he is a great gp. It was hard to trust him after other staff missed pneumonia and a high fever. After a 2nd trip and he staff spend more then 10 mins on diagnosis and said go to the hospital in 24 hrs if meds don't help but Dr D was great. I wont go back to Durham physicians now that he is gone. Good trust worthy doctors are hard to find. He is what Dr. Should be.
