Have great experience in understanding RA with Dr. V He has full attention on listening to you which is comforting to me. Explaining all questions you have asked. He is informative on issues.

Dr. Villanueva is very knowledgeable and informative. I rely on his opinion greatly. I've been going to his Hagerstown office since 2013. The staff are wonderful!

I am grateful for Dr V and the staff. Dr V keeps close tabs on blood lab work to monitor how meds may affect bloodwork and any changes that may need to be made.

Dr. Villanueva treated me for 5 years for RA and for the entire length of the relationship, he treated me with what can only be described as contempt. Maybe he has a bad home life; maybe he wishes that he had become a surgeon instead of a paper pusher or maybe he is just an arrogant and contemptuous individual both professionally and personally. Whatever the reason, I just made the switch to a different RA doctor today and I couldn't be happier about it. I had been warned about Dr. Villanueva from the start by several people (including the lady who draws my blood) and as usual, I didn't listen as I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and form my own opinions. In this case, I should have paid attention to those who were warning me and saved myself 5 years worth of frustration ion, unnecessary procedures and needless pain

Took my positive blood tests and didnt give them back, did not show me the ones he did and only ran a rheumatoid factor test when i tested positive for more than one test. Told me i was a false positive based on the one test and i believed him until i went back to primary care and they told me he tells most people they are a false positive this wasted half a year of my time. He also would not acknowledge my pain and give me instructions on who to go to next for joint pain

Amanda was amazing professional and make feel comfortable even do i have phobia agains needles and marie at the front desk was clear friendly courteous and professional i had great experience today and definitely will recommend this facility to family and friends

This is about his nurse and ability to reach the doctor. They must give him messages selectively if ever because when you leave a symptom (as requested to be reported to him) there is no callback. I called on a Thursday and repeat on Friday and never got a call back not even to say you ought to come in. I don't know how sick you have to be to have them return a call Once you get in the office they are very nfriendly I need to find another doctor

I have been very happy with everyone in this practice.
