Dr. Enrique Daza, MD

In 1995, I was rushed to sibley hospital with extremely painful cramping and other problems. Dr. Daza performed emergency abdominal surgery in the middle of the night. He was the kindest and most caring doctor throughout my recovery. I don't think I have ever experienced that type of care again in the last 26 years.

Dr. Daza is not only an amazing surgeon but also diagnostician. We had such trust after he performed my daughter's appendectomy that I requested him for my recent bout with intestinal issues. He immediately correctly diagnosed. Highly recommend.

You need to get rid of Yesenia. Absolutely no customer service etiquette and not even knowledgeable at her job. She provides inaccurate information, very poor communication skills- all she does is talk over you when you speak.

After a year feeling very sick and having to visit the emergency facilities of the John Hopkins Medicine Suburban Hospital, Dr. Daza was called to handle my health situation, and with impeccable professionalism intelligence and humanity, he explained the surgical procedure recommended and all the pre and post-surgery information. Furthermore, the surgery went just as expected, overall Dr. Daza, the Nurses, Anesthesiologist, Radiologist, Pathologist, and all other hospital personnel treated me like a billion dollar patient, nothing better you can wish for when going to a hospital for an emergency surgery!! Scheduling the follow up visit was handled with courtesy and promptitude. At a very professional office with excellent location, Dr. Daza answered all my questions with admirable courtesy and documentation. I will certainly recommend Dr. Enrique Daza and his team to any family or friend in need! I met Dr. Daza about 18 years ago at Suburban hospital after I hit a tree going 75 mph - I had already stopped breathing once by the time I got to him. He worked his magic in a pinch and I’m here to tell the story. My mother and I were pretty late to a follow-up appointment with him a couple months after and he waited for us even though the office was supposed to be closed by that point; can’t even tell you how much that meant to both of us. You da man Doc.

Dr. Daza has performed surgery on me twice ( hernia and gall bladder). His professionalism and compassion are well known within the medical community.

Dr. Daza treated me with the utmost professionalism. I met him as an emergency patient suffering from a very painful ruptured appendix. He explained the surgergical procedure, pre and post operative expectations. He visited me each day following surgery and explained what I should expect postoperatively. My follow up visit to his office was as I expected it to be. Although I waited a bit longer than I anticipated, I know he is a busy doctor with many patients who need his attention and time as well. I would recommend him to a friend in need!

I asked specifically for Dr. Daza to do my emergency surgery after he just completed another emergency surgery for me last winter. I asked for him again because I figured, why mess with something that works? He's an excellent surgeon, responds very quickly and has a caring bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Daza was scheduled to repair my husband's hernia after his oncologist removed his kidney. But during the surgery the surgeon discovered his spleen also would need to be removed and called Dr. Daza, standing by, to remove it. After it was over, both the oncologist and Dr. Daza came to talk to me and explain what had happened. During the days after his recovery, even Dr. Daza continued to return to see how my husband was doing. He was always patient, calm and reassuring. It make all the difference in the world.
