Dr. Enrique Andre Flores, MD

Dr. Flores is a skilled, knowledgeable doctor. He us too busy to be interrupted by his patients concerns or questions. He used scare tactics to emphasize treatment protocol, telling me repeatedly if I missed one pill I would die, saying you'll die about different aspects of treatment. I called for over a month with complaint of pain in chest, funny sensations in my chest to be told I was hypersensitive after heart attack and emergency stent placement. Ended up in hospital with heart rhythm issues. He never once suggested in that month to come in and be checked. He hasn't shown me a good bedside manner. After being constantly reprimanded for calling, and told it was in my head I didn't even want to tell anyone when I was having chest pain. Also sent to collections after 60 days and no bill. Told by office manager they don't have the staff to call before sending you to collections yet they have called repeatedly to get me involved in experimental drugs, even after I haven't even… been his patient for months.

Very pleasant and professional. Takes time to answer questions and explain. Very confidence inspiring.
