Patient of Rolando in Edinburg. He is fantastic. Have been with them over 17 years Leaving because they never responded to HEB trying to refill medication went without meds for 7 days.

Super ocupado y NO se toma el tiempo para conocer y escuchar a sus pacientes. Si lo cuestionan sobre algo o tienen preguntas el dr se ofende. Un paciente educado sobre su salud/medicinas es un gran peligro y amenaza para el. NO lo recomiendo en lo aboluto, es mejor buscar a un DOCTOR que de verdad le importanten sus pacientes y NO solamente lucrar con los aseguros. El mira pacientes como si fueran simbolos de $$!

The doctor is not helpful ... Has no or 1 person staff .. they don't care or answer your phone calls. I will be filing a complaint to the medical review board

Very inconsiderate staff both Edinburg and McAllen offices. You go there because you are not feeling well, but their inconsiderate attitude when you try to get a hold of someone in the office creates even more stress for some of us. Even when you try to reach the office manager with hopes that she might at least try to help out, you still get the run-around, you don't get to speak to the anyone, you get disconnected, then you get sent to a voicemail. And when you try calling back, they have already activated their out-of-office answering service. And that happens at 4:30. We wait almost 2 hours to see a PA, 3 or more for Dr, yet they don't have the courtesy to speak with us. THEY'LL charge you an office visit if you need your medical results. I plan to leave this place as soon as I get my final test results because it has become a business not a medical facility. I started visiting this place because i heard Dr Griego through a Christian radio station, was impressed but sadly he… doesn't have the right staff. No need to waste more of my time and health there. My health deteriorates everytime I call and they put me on hold, promise to call you, just plain hang up on you, or they let the phone ring till you get tired. Everybody seems too busy for the patients.

THIS OFFICE HAS HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE!! THEY GO FOR A PAY CHECK THAT GETS PAID THRU US SICK PEOPLE WHICH THEY DONT CARE. IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A WHEELCHAIR FOR ALMOST 6 MONTHS ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS FILL THE PAPER TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS TO FILL IT OUT BY THEN IT WAS NO GOOD. INSURANCE NEEDED RECENT DOCUMENTATION. SO BACK TO SQUARE ONE. ITS SAD THAT THIS DOCTOR IS A GOOD DOCTOR AND HIS STAFFS RUN HIS PATIENTS AWAY WITH THEIR ATTITUDE AND IRRESPONSIBILITIES TO US PATIENTS. IM SURE THEY WOULDNT LIKE THEIR FAMILY TO GET TREATED LIKE THEY TREAT US PATIENTS. VERY UNSATISFIED PATIENT.

Been a patient for many years and I just gave up dr griego himself is a great doctor but he never there and his staff are pathetic especially his nurses they seem they are fed up with working there or something they can never do anything I’m not sure if they only have the title or they are actually nurse but they are idiots they never answer the phone and when they do they are in a bad mood always making false promise they prescriptions will be done don’t go and wasted 3 hours of your time with these people plz avoid this place

A mi esposo. le hicieron. dialisis porque griego nunca lo mando con. Un nefrologo. especialista en rinones. Y gracias a el y asu su negligencia. mi esposo pasara. el resto de su vida en Dialisis. Gracias Griego.

The staff in the Edinburg office is rude and unprofessional. Not only when you are there in the office, but when you call as well. They are short and unwilling to help. They will not respond to voicemails, faxes, or even written requests regarding FMLA paperwork for employers. Would not recommend this physician or office to anyone.

Dr. Griego runs 5 clinics, it has over extended his capacity. its never available to see you. waiting time no less than 3 hours to see an assistant.

Wait time is well over 60min more like 3hrs. Try to calll on phone for rx. Very rude unprofessional never know when office is opened hrs on door are not correct. Sign on window says call for new hrs. Called still not correct no one answers at any of the offices.Even though message on phone says they're supossed to be opened
