Doctor forgot wife after multiple visits over a year. They schedule so many people they don’t care for their patients properly. Ruined a scheduled c section. Wife got Covid before hand. Called day of Covid results and they said by the due date would be ok. They called back and confirmed again with Covid it would be ok by due date. Drove two hours. Paid for hotel. Wife couldn’t eat or drink had to be at hospital at 440am. 428 am get a call saying they didn’t know she had Covid sorry have to reschedule. 3-4 nurses and a doctor can’t communicate this? If Covid is a big deal then she walked all through Eisenhower medical. Multiple waiting rooms and restrooms. They said she was ok to go but 10 minutes before day of she isn’t. Makes us nervous for any future medical issues they might forget or “Didn’t know” about. Should have looked at reviews before going.

Dr. Jacome is an awesome Doctor!! I was concerned after reading reviews, however my experience was one of 10 min or less wait, efficient staff, professional mannerisms from all staff members and Dr. Jacome. The office is immaculate, the ambiance is calming; they even have dishes of candies and water! Today I had Surgery at Eisenhower, preformed by Dr. Jacome. He is consistent with professional behavior and always has a smile. I am so happy and privileged to have been blessed with Dr. Jacome as my OBGYN. Thank you Dr. Jacome, thank you to all that make Fleur Woman's Health so great, from the front desk to administration to billing and of course the Nurses. This place is great!

I was referred to Dr. Jacome for a hysterectomy for spotting issues. The Robotic Hysterectomy was performed on Wednesday. I stayed overnight in the hospital (my choice.) Home on Thursday. Minimal discomfort. NO pain. If I didn't see the little clear dressings on my abdomen, I would never know I had surgery. I was driving and back to light exercise in a week. I feel terrific. My husband is amazed that he didn't have to be my "care taker" for very long! The office staff is pleasant, courteous and accommodating. I would give Dr. Jacome and his staff high grades for this experience.

On Dr Jacome's recommendation I had a surgical procedure performed on me with the Da Vinci Robot. I could not have been any happier with the procedure and the results. The entire experience was first class. Recovery time was shortened from weeks to literally days. Office experience was outstanding, the staff is kind and helpful and Dr Jacome is an expert in his field. I felt very save and well taken care off during the entire ordeal. Kudos to this doctor and the method he uses to perform these kinds of procedures.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacome for 15 years. I have always been able to get an appointment in a fair amount of time. If needed I have been worked in to the schedule the same day.
