Staff was nice but doctor was horribly unprofessional. He refused to see my mom because she had been with another GI doctor before. He said he would not take on the responsibility of another doctor. My mother explained that the other doctor was not attentive of her needs and she wanted someone who could speak spanish. Dr. Lacayo responded that it wasn't his problem and she needed to figure things out with her last doctor because he wouldn't take her case. Then he left without a goodbye and almost took the paperwork from previous exams I had provided except I stopped him to get them back. Extremely disappointing.

Have seen Dr. Lacayo for years, even referring family members to him because of his professionalism, caring manner, no unnecessary frills or chit chat. To the point, gives you his professional opinions, and options. I highly recommend him. The staff is really sweet and efficient as well.

I have never been more comfotable with a doctor before. I was very nervous about having a colonoscopy and by the time I left my first visit he and his staff had taken the scariness out of it and I was almost looking forward to it. I would recommend this GI doctor to anyone.

Dr Lacayo is a great doctor. I went to see him for a routine colonoscopy screening. I had no problems at all. Come to find out I had a cancerous polyp that was removed completely during the procedure. I can truely say that this man saved my life. And I think it is just great how friendly and outgoing he is. Thumbs up Dr. Lacayo!

Dr Lacayo is a good doctor and pretty caring man. He did several tests on me and discovered the problem. I went to a gastro surgeon after that and have never been better ever since. What I most liked about Dr. Lacayo was his overall attitude. He treats patients very well and seems friendly at all times. I overheard one patient say that Dr. Lacayo basically saved her life. I highly recommend this doctor.
