Dr. Enrique Murieta Cifuentes JR.

Waiting time is long. Never and I mean never call you back when they say they're going to call. Staff Left me on hold for 20min ( I did time them) and after that hung up on me. Their excuse was "we're short staff". I would not recommend this Dr. Office to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Enrique Cifientes, Jr., for almost one year. I've had many appointments as I have multiple, serious health issues. I would give him 5 stars. But, his staff is about the usual, not very good. 3 stars for staff. Dr. Cifuentes, Jr. (not to be confused with his father, also named Dr. Enrique Cifuentes at the same address) is really a gem of a doctor. He is polite and listens and really seems to care. He's very down to earth and not arrogant like so many other doctors. Although he is an MD, he is into a lot of natural, alternative health care and remedies. He's willing to learn if he doesn't know about something alternative. So, he's more like a functional medical doctor. Just what I need! I can usually get an appointment within a week, sometimes sooner if there's a cancellation. Now, I don't care for his PA named Ephraim. His personality is the total opposite of Dr. Cifuentes, Jr. Ephraim has a dry personality and he seems to be judgmental. As far as… the office staff, they are not very good. They are more pleasant than other doctors offices and aren't rude. But, lots of mistakes, wrong referrals or no referral done, appointments scheduled for wrong time. I've cancelled or rescheduled appointments and they have left them on the books. Things don't get done or, if they do, they don't call you and let you know. Like, you need to be a mind reader with the staff. As for wait time in the waiting room, it varies. Sometimes, I'm not waiting long at all. But, other times, it has been a long wait. Dr. Cifuentes, Jr. has been my best primary care physician. So, I'll put up with his staff.

Extremely rude, unprofessional staff. The waiting time can take hours! What a horrible place!

Both Dr's and the PA have provided me with excellent medical care. All my family come here, and feel the same way.
