Dr. Enrique A Urdanivia, MD

I am newly diagnose with diabetes. I called this dr's office after suffering from severe swelling. He recommended I come in right away. I told the office girl I could only come at the end of work which she said was ok. I called on my way there and the girl asked how long I would be. I told her30-45 min which would be 5:30-5:45pm. She said that was fine because they accepted walkins that late. When I got there, the DR looked at me then turned to the girl and said who told her i would see her, I give her a prescription, then he walked away. I left work an hour early to drive an hour to be turned away by this rude man. If he thought it was important enough for me to come in, shouldn't he have at least taken a look at my painful ankle? Very rude and short with me. I would NOT recommend at all.

Dr. Urdanivia is disrespectful and unprofessional and handles himself in a way that is rude and unnecessary, it is an absoute shame that this individual is around people on a daily basis..
