Dr. Ephraim Emmanuel Nsien, MD

Will never see this "Dr." Again and do NOT recommend him to anyone. He has no personality.

There is nothing good at all to say about this so called dr. He takes NO time to explain anything and is very rude. Maybe he shouldn't be traveling to several different states to practice. He couldn't possibly be concerned about any patient because of traveling, he knows he'll never see you again. So ask yourself if you really want a rude dr., very rough one and one that wants only your money. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

Great doctor with great customer service skills

Misdiagnosed me...lied to me about test results. Cost me tons on money with tests my insurance did not cover after he told me they would cover it. Never returns called and took over a hour to see him..... Run from this man

After being treated by Dr. Nsien, he determined I needed surgery. He recommended a surgeon to me but when I researched the surgeon's credentials, I found he was not Board Certified NOR had he ever performed the type of surgery I needed. When I called Dr. Nsien to discuss his reason for recommending this surgeon, he would NEVER return my phone calls! I talked to his receptionist and left numerous messages, but he would never call me back. For this reason, I ended up going to another gastroenterologist who referred me to a surgeon who was experienced in the type of surgery I needed. When I refused to pay the final $70 of my bill for reasons of principal, Dr. Nsien's office called me to collect it. I explained to them my reasons for not paying the balance but he went ahead and referred my account to a collection agency.

Dr. Nsien seems like a caring physician and his office staff is very courteous. But he is somehow mismanaged. The wait to see him was 45 minutes the first time and 90 minutes the second time. The nurse did not give me an official receipt because the printer was down. I have been waiting for four days to get his office to fax a prescription refill to my pharmacy.. the list goes on. I am trying to hold on but I am getting more and more frustrated with his office.
