FIND ANOTHER PCP! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS! After having children that were patients here for 10 years I took it as a sign from God that their incompetence led my boys to no longer be in their care. The office is run-down and the wait is terribly long but more importantly the staff and doctors are AWFUL. I have overall healthy kids but if I didnt, I'd never trust this office to care for them. Well visits were rushed and I spent 5 minutes with the dr but 2 hours waiting. Tanya and Melissa who are both managers over the office turned my sick son away because they had a mistake in their records indicating his bday was a day off. I've corrected the error year after year and listened to their excuses even being told they had a system crash and that the error was fixed. I asked if the insurance ever gave them an issue with filing the claim because of the error and they said no. Every staff member I spoke with was rude and it is completely not worth it for the poor… care and customer service. The doctors act uninterested and the staff treat patients like herds of cattle instead of children that need specialized care. I'm happy beyond measure to find a new PCP and I believe it's truly the Lord moving me away from this he** house and into the hands of a facility that cares. All the reviews are bad for this doctor for a reason. Do better for your child and take them elsewhere. God bless.

never answer calls. keep you waiting for an hour

The Doctors who share Dr. Caturay's private practice are professional, the problem is customer service, the people who work for Dr. Caturay need to learn how to answer the phone and when you call to get the results about anything, they promise to call you and they never do. My daughter have been a patient for Dr. Caturay for 12 years and she is good with kids but again it is really important that she train her people better. I have been calling to cancel and appointment and it has been impossible to do it.

This place is the WORSE place for time waiting and service!!! The wait is several hours long ALWAYS!!!!!! When Dr. Caturay was in practice by her self it wasn't too bad with the wait. BUT NOW!!!! IT'S RIDICULOUS!!! The wait is beyond bad and the office staff is rude!!!!!!! Dr. Caturay is a great doctor, but you will only see her if you have a baby. I am changing doctors. And that saddens me because I've be bringing my kids here for years. But it isn't getting no better just worse!!!!!

This is the worse place ever. The wait for a sick child is several hours once you get in the waiting room. and they do not seem to care. The word I am sorry is used way too much. The office manager does not return you calls or emails. If you care for your child do not use this doctors office. Would rate them a negative 100 out of 10 if possible

Terrible!!! I've been on hold more than 30mins more than once! The nurse practitioner is a joke! Lowest bedside manor I've even seen! I've worked in a busy medical practice for 10 years. There is no excuse for this place it is both unexceptable and unprofessional!

I got there before my appointment 10min ,waited 55 minutes in the waiting area and as they call my kids name another 33. Minutes not only that the rooms smell so bad like if they haven't clean the trash for dayssss!!!nasty nasty and then when you ask the nurse how long would it be to see a doc she would say (your next) or (no longer then 5 minutes) as the doc comes in she spends 3mins and 21 sec talking and that's it!

Waiting times were 3 hours + and it's an everyday thing and they waste time guessing instead of trying to figure out what the real problem is

There is nothing worth remembering at this office. If you are looking for a pediatrician.... Dont WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! WE ALWAYS WAIT AT LEAST 2 HOURSHOURS or longer IN THE LOBBY EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND THE ONCE IN THE ROOM ANOTHER HOUR AND HALFHALF or LONGER!!! The office staff doesn't care . when you call and leave a message it states they will call u back w/I the hour. Dont expect a call back for 3 days. Its absolutely ridiculous!!!! Please please take your child somewhere else!
