Terrific practice! I've been going here since a spinal injury in 2007 with later arising issues even though I no longer live near here. Never waited more than 15 minutes, no problems with reaching staff on phone, quick electronic confirmations of my appointment changes, highly educated and very friendly doctor, excellent referrals to other docs.

The doctor has given me great results and good diagnostics.

Nice guy and I'm assuming diagnosis for my son is correct based on MRI but here are my significant concerns which drive me nuts: Horrible front desk staff that check you in. Been here 3 times and gets worse each time. They are all college age and appear to not like what they do. Even listened to them complain about another staff member out loud. The wait time, OMG, this is our second follow up visit and the appointment was for 4:45, it's 5:05 and still here waiting. If it was not for my son I'd walk out. Sorry Dr. K but being respectful of others time is priceless. That's it, definitely will not be back.

Dr. Eran Kessous is a great doctor and I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable about the field and explains why you are having your problem in great detail. He is patient, listens carefully to what you tell him and explains why is recommending the treatment/ approach that he prescribes. He also has a good sense of humor and truly cares about his patients from a big picture point of view.

All aspects of my visit were pleasant and the doctor gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and patiently answered them. Diagnosis was accurate and explanation of procedures was complete. He even went over my x-rays with me showing where my problems were.
