We took my daughter to the emergency room last year with severe pain. This physician performed an ultrasound on her and right away told us he was suspicious that she had appendicitis. He quickly called for a surgeon to come and speak with us. Before we knew it, we were in the recovery room and my daughter's appendix had been removed. Everything went smoothly for us that day. Baystate is a great hospital.

Very knowledgeable and caring physician. Thoroughly explained the procedure to me before starting which helped ease my fears. He paused several times during the procedure to make sure I was doing ok. Explained the results to me and what I was supposed to do following the test.

If there ever has been a new doctor with a bigger head on his shoulders, I have not met him yet. Completely rude and unecessarily harsh. The office staff seemed to have taken a lesson from this horrible man. I will never return to this office, and do not wish a visit like the one I had on anyone else.
