I forgot to mention earlier, that the lady who's name is Amanda or Amber , made it possible for me to take pictures with my grandson for his birthday , she fixed a tooth that is about to fall out, once again Kudos to you !!!!!!

I was at forest park dental today , and the service was amazing, the lady who took care of me today made me feel so good !!! I don't quite remember her name , but if it's not Amber ,then I know that her name begins with an A, kudos you were amazing !!!!

Cleaning services are fine but the patient/customer experience was a nightmare: deceptive sales practices, unapologetic and combative staff. They will try and sell every new patient Invisalign and will mislead you into getting a panoramic x ray and tell you that it is covered under insurance when they actually don't confirm this and worst of all, they will not honor their word if insurance refuses to cover the costs in the future. I went in for a new patient cleaning and was told that my insurance would cover the costs and would specifically cover the costs of the panoramic x ray that Forest Park Dental "requires" for all new patients (so they can sell you Invisalign rather than the standard surface x-ray). I wondered why I have never had to do this type of x ray for a routine cleaning but it made sense after the Dr. Aubert came in at the end to sell me Invisalign by showing me images from the panoramic x ray and telling me that I am a great candidate for Invisalign. I politely… declined, paid for services rendered and made a followup appointment. Weeks later, when I was checking into my followup appointment, the receptionist mentioned that I owed money for the panoramic x ray because my insurance had declined coverage. I was surprised because I was verbally told multiple times that my insurance would cover the new patient cleaning costs, including the panoramic x ray. The staff at Forest Park Dental refused to acknowledge that it was bad practice to tell patients that they were covered for services even if they don't actually check or know whether or not the patient will be covered. Furthermore, they were combative during this entire process, refused to honor their word and had the nerve to ask if I wanted further services rendered even though they couldn't confirm whether or not my insurance would cover the costs but simply said that "insurance should cover it." Unless you want to be deceptively sold on Invisalign, I would not recommend Forest Park Dental.

My Dr. Aubert, his Beautiful wife & staff are PRICELESS to me! I enjoy having him as my dentist for many years. I have a great smile because of him. I receive many compliments! He does impeccable work & pays close attention to details. I respect his ability to create masterpieces for the world to see. A smile is very important! My Dr. AUBERT, his Beautiful wife & amazing staff always go above & beyond what is expected! I have one implant in my mouth that I call a Masterpiece! They all take such EXCELLENT care of me. I've been seeing Dr. Aubert & receiving the BEST work ever since the beginning of time when he had more hair Lol...I Love them all , they feel like family to me..Thanks for all that you do! I was visiting from out of town on vacation and had tooth pain. They fit me in right away even though I wasn’t a patient of record and took care of me.
