Dr. Eric Paul Benson, MD

Dr. Benson was our primary care doctor for eight years (until we moved out of the area). He is remarkably thorough, and diligent in his examinations, and will answer questions so that we can understand the subject. His manner is a little stiff when you first meet, but he's a very intelligent human and we were thankful to have him attend to our health.

Excellent Dr although his staff needs to follow up better. He’s better than the average Dr, very thorough.

My sister and I both are looking for new doctors due to wanting a more convenient location as we get older. No one answered when I called, so left a voicemail. I have now waited a month with no return call. My sister had left 2 messages with no response and just texted me again today saying she left a third. I called and a gal Christine answered and when I told her my sister had already left 3 messages in a matter of weeks, she abruptly interrupted me and basically called my sister a liar. I then asked her what about not responding to the message I left a month ago? Pretty interesting odds that 2 people in the same family, but with different last names, both are neglected and then argued with that we're wrong? I stated that first impression is everything. If a new patient can't even get a call back to make a 1st appointment, how safe do you think that person's going to feel when the time comes when they really NEED the doctor? I ended the conversation telling her that I would… be talking my sister out of pursuing this doctor and we would find another. Horrible office practices and rude staff.

What a Moron! Abusive & his quality of care is negligent!!! He's frightening!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent physician. My physician-husband agrees. Have recommended him to many who also give positive feedback after having seen him. Kristine (receptionist) is always kind and positive, and his staff are mostly excellent as well. Some mishaps with coding, referrals/pre-auths. Well worth any small inconvenience I've experienced.

Been seeing Dr.Benson for two years. Easy to work with. Very detailed in his examinations and analysis. Gives his honest opinions of your conditions, prognosis and treatments. Will work with you on how you wish to proceed for treatment. Friendly, competent staff.

I would refer Dr. Benson to anybody who asks, he is the best Doctor i have seen, the absolute only probkem i have is the staff at the office. They do not treat patients with the respect and dignity a human being deserves.

Staff is not very nice, they ether don't answer The phone or if you leave a message, they don't get back to you for two or three days. They are not timely in referrals. I don't know why he hired new staff.

Worst Doctor Ever. I even recommended this person to my family. One of my family members have died seeing this doctor. He is a pill pusher. And then he'll take them away from you. Has given me nothing but heartache.
