Dr. Eric Zachary Berkowitz, MD

Made an appointment with dr. Berkowitz about 10 days prior and had no call or message to notify me as a reminder. So, I had to call and find out myself if I actually had an appointment. I spoke with Lisa on 11/10/17 around 10 am and she told me they don't have me on a file. I called again after 15 min insisting that I am pretty sure I was scheduled. She kept putting me on hold...eventually, she did find me, said she called and left a message on my phone a day prior, which never happened. I had to cancel my appointment questioning the competence of this doctor's office stuff (not the doctor, since I never got to meet him).

Dr. Eric Berkowiz is a jewel. He is extremely professional, also bedside manner is wonderful. He shows compassion and concern. I needed to speak with him on a Saturday afternoon; he answered his phone and discussed my problem, as well as making himself available on the following Monday without an appointment. Both he and his staff are wonderful.
