I highly recommend Dr. Chen and the Retina Consultants of Texas. Dr. Chen and staff are very thorough, and kept me well informed. Staff are nice and welcoming.

The Doctor is excellent. Some of the employees lack a bit of customer service training.

Dr Chen, and all the staff, were very patient and helpful in dealing with my mother-in-law who had a stroke and is not as responsive. Dr Chen took the time to explain our options, etc.

I was new to the area in early 2020 and had my second bleed. They got me right in and Dr Chen was so thorough and kind. He answered my questions and put my fears at ease. Would strongly recommend this group.
