This doctor needs a good doctor

EXTREMELY nasty front end receptionist. Won’t let you get a word in. You’re only as good as your staff. TEACH this staff how to talk to people, or replace. Awful.

Dr. Ciganek truly cares about his patients, his practice is not about the numbers, he spends time with you discussing your life. He gets it. Others just run you through the doors and basic routines and you feel more like cattle, NOT DR. CIGANEK.

Money money money is all they want you walk in there hand in out. If your short your screwed. You will be screamed at literally if your phone rings or if silent and you talk on it. ( I mean while in waiting room not while in with doctor) has no respect for woman. The whole staff is just horrible rude . If you don’t agree with what they say they will yell at you. It’s sad and they run the addiction treatment from the back like a hidden money pit who makes recovering addivts pay $$)$$ and will not help if they don’t have it each month they even charge you on using a credit card each time what a joke. Dont ask about how they’re private lab bills your insurance thousands when it’s a simple $50 drug test that is out of state and of there chosen. You spend $150 month for medication for addiction but your herded in like cattle in and out in 2 min. Then goes to the other part to his real patients now somebody is making a big old fat profit on people who need help and o find that sickening.… Doesn’t take blood pressure or weigh you no how are you that is it your out he gets paid. $150 a 5 min beats the standard $15 hour job I have I should have become a addiction doctor and rob those poor ones blind but I’m not evil and greedy.

He should not be in the field of treating sick or addicted people. The most awful bedside manner I have ever seen, doesn't know anything about addiction yet is making a fortune giving out suboxone prescriptions and vivitrol shots. Hey doc, your clients are selling their suboxone and making a lot of cash. As soon as I find a doctor in my area, I will be gone. Front desk person was extremely rude but is now nice since I called her out loudly on that behavior. Plus there is usually a dog running around the office. The doctor is condescending and treats people like they are trash. I have never had such a bad interaction at a "medical facility" ever in my life.

Front desk admin is the most rude, uneducated individual i've ever spoken with! Did not know what the term " reaching out" ment.. insulted me on the phone, then hung up on me!

Dr. Ciganek and his staff are exactly what I need in my physician - thorough, caring and devotes as much time as necessary to my problems. Very professional and considerate at the same time. Very pleased with the care that I receive!

He had a very poor bedside manner didnt wash his hands and yawned the entire time i was in there
