Dr. Eric Guillermo Cornidez, MD

This physician is essentially useless for patients with CRPS Type II. He will blow you off without the blink of an eye. Good luck!

Dear Dr. Cornidez, I am extremely grateful that you have been my medical pain specialist for over five years. My personal journey through various pains in my back and neck have been under your professional care with great results. Your genuine concern for my well being along with your pin-point correct diagnosis and the various procedures you have performed have given me tremendous relief of chronic pain. Most importantly it is your genuine compassionate attitude and your kind method of communication that you always display which provides me with a sense of comfort and hope. There very few physicians that I have met in my life that offer such a high degree concern for the patient which you consistently / always demonstrate. Yes you are a highly competent and great physician but more importantly you are a great person! I sincerely thank you for being my doctor.

Dr Cornidez refused to attend me because I call to let him know the med he give me not work for me.I was really bad with that medication. I try to contact some one at his office for help but always machine answer me left a multiple messages but any one call me back finally give an appointment just for say he refused to treat me sorry but if the medicine he give not work for me its Not my problem or his problem it is just not good for my body may be I need try another one but he get upset for my call just let me go unresolved my pain. He has to ask first why I was calling and decide whats going but thanks any ways.

I am happy to see that he won the awards that he did. He is very deserving of all of them and they are all very accurate. I am a patient of two yrs now and he is amazing every time I see him. Because of Dr Cornidez, I have a life without debilitating pain. None of my other Doctors compare to him.

I suffered a knee injury when I was young playing soccer. I wasn't til later that I had to have knee surgery. I am in recovery and was very worried about a possible relapse. It almost seemed like he sensed it through the questions he asked. When I told him that I was in recovery, he was very compassionate and stated that he will try to make the knee surgery a success. He has been very helpful making sure I didn't relapse meanwhile managing the pain. Thank you Dr. Cornidez

I am angry because i didn't go to this doctor sooner. I have very bad back due to an accident. I had to use a back brace and always doped up from my last doctor. Someone recommended Dr. Cornidez before but I am old school, did not like change. I went to Dr. Cornidez due to my previous dr retiring. I was amazed how much we talked, he asked a lot more questions that I am used to, Usually it a couple of questions and then i get s script and leave. With Dr. Cornidez it's a treatment plan to get rid of the root of the pain as much as possible. I am slowly going through treatment. I am using less and less medication. I am so glad that I can be with a lot less pain and not being all doped up.

Dr. Cornidedez treated not one, but both of my parents who were suffering from severe back pain. He took the time to understand their pain, locate the inflammation and treat the issues. He treated us like family and deserves many praises.

I took my 89 old grandmother for her shoulder, I have NEVER seen any doctor explain to my grandmother so patiently. My grandmother is hard of hearing, she says yes so she won.t get embarrassed. I felt that Dr. Cornidez wanted to make sure that SHE understood everything with such compassionate voice and character. I wish her PCP was like him.

Dr. Cornidez was extremely engaged in treating my elbow and tendinitis. He approached it with a natural and therapeutic treatment. His staff was great with follow ups and assisting me upon arrival. I have recommended his office to friends who have suffered from pain for years. They thanked me over and over again.
