No other words except he saved my husband 3/21/24 by putting him on ecmo! Ty for giving me my husband back

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Costanzo seven weeks in advance who had been recommended. I was in need of a pulmonologist suffering from a chronic respiratory condition. I called regularly checking on possible cancellations that I might be able to get an earlier visit, unfortunately none available. After waiting seven weeks my wife and I drove twenty plus miles arriving on time for his first appointment. The office staff asked for the insurance cards and our prefilled paperwork upfront then notified us that the doctor had an emergency at home and he would not be available for our visit. We were not very happy but things happen. The staff told my wife if YOU feel like it, try calling this afternoon no guarantees or simply reschedule, we were livid. The GAUL of the staff not to offer a priority appointment when he returns and not even a courtesy call to notify us that he wasn't going to be available for our appointment that morning is very unprofessional. We're certain he's a good… Doctor however, STAFF GETS A ZERO!!! Avoid them at all costs!! Plenty of good Dr's with a Great Professional Staff willing to accommodate you.

This is the doctor you want if you or a loved one is in need of the best doctor in his field. Kind, Professional, Understanding and more! Back desk women to get an appointment with him is nightmare and cold person. Ruins this groups business at this location. She should retire. Know patients who have stopped going there cause of her. Rest of staff are sweethearts.
