Dr Eric Diner

I am not sure how Diner has a decent rating because my experience was terrible. I went to him with pain in the kidney area, my primary care referred me, and was given a kidney stone diagnosis. Dr. Diner supposedly treated me (to the tune of $3,000), but the procedure was unsuccessful. At the follow up, I said I still have pain so another test was done, again confirming stones (and the fact that the treatment did not work), and he said he doesn't think there is anything that needs to be done. Huh?? He then said that I don't really have kidney stones. What are you talking about? The x-ray, ultrasound, and CT all say I have kidney stones and you just performed surgery for kidney stones?? The notes from my surgery say that the calcified stone was clearly visible in my kidney. The CT scan after the procedure shows I have a kidney stone, and the radiologist interpretation ALSO says I have a stone. I am in pain, you found a problem, unsuccessfully "fixed" it, and now you tell me "haha,… just kidding - sucks for you"!? This is nuts! Absolutely the worst experience I have had. His secretary/nurse , Kristi, is VERY rude every time I talk to her. She clearly hates her job and the patients. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will end up at another doctor like me after spending thousands of dollars and months of aggravation.

My title says it all. Dr. Diner and his staff are amazing, they go above and beyond what is necessary or expected. My husband will never see another urologist and if I ever need one it will be him!! Highly recommend

Recent prostate surgery with Plasma Button. Just had four week post surgery follow up. Perfect surgical outcome. He is a very nice doctor, takes the time to speak with you and the office staff is exceptional. I would recommend his surgeon and his staff. Great experience.

Dr Diner and staff are the best. Dr Diner is straightforward and concerned about you. Spends the time to answer any of questions. Works with you in determining the best treatment. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Suggested additional treatment but equipment was broken and he never returned any of a dozen calls. Very poor and would recommend avoiding this doctor.

This man is an idiot. I've never had a doctor be so incredibly uncaring and dismissive of my health issue. I suffered for over a year because he had no idea what he was doing and didn't really seem interested in helping me. Just bragging about doing robotic surgery. His ego is more important than trying to help people.

Dr. Diner recently saved my left kidney and probably my life when he performed successful robotic/laparoscopic surgery and removed a cancerous large tumor from my left kidney. Through his expertise and skill as a surgeon, he was able to save my kidney. Thank you, Dr. Diner.

Dr. Diner, along with his entire staff, made me feel comfortable and important from my first visit, through the surgery for prostate cancer, and all follow-up appointments. They treated me like I was their only patient throughout my experience. Dr. Diner spent as much time with me as I wanted. Never once did I feel rushed. I cannot thank them enough for the treatment I received.
