Eric DiPaul, D.M.D.
Dr. Eric DiPaul graduated from LaSalle University with a degree in English writing before attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, from which he graduated in May of 2008. He then went on to the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where he gained experience taking on more complex restorative cases and earned a certificate of completion in June 2009.
He is excited and honored to join his father, Dr. Edward DiPaul, and longtime friend and mentor, Dr. Alfred Halas (or "Uncle Al"), in practice at New Britain Dental Associates. He holds both practitioners in the highest regard and hopes to uphold the standards of excellence that his father and Dr. Halas have worked extremely hard to establish.
Dr. DiPaul's personal interests in the field of dentistry include dental treatments for obstructive sleep apnea, cosmetic dentistry including smile makeovers and complex full-mouth …reconstructions, theories of dental occlusion, and temporomandibular disorders. He will be pursuing extensive continuing education over the coming years to expand his knowledge base in all phases of dentistry, but in particular these areas of interest to him.
Dr. DiPaul is also extremely pleased to announce that his fiance, Dr. Andrea Rick, will be joining him in practice at New Britain Dental Associates. The couple met while both were first year dental students at the University of Pittsburgh and have since formed a unique team approach to dentistry. Patients will benefit from having two trained and licensed dentists collaborate on each case, a process that Dr. DiPaul and Dr. Rick have found yields optimal results in their dentistry.
