Dr. Eric David Duberman, MD

He actually yelled and screamed at me on a phone call after a asked a question about a very difficult surgery I had. He told me I call too much when I only called twice for different reasons. Do not give him the satisfaction of a visit. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years and can't believe it came to this. I'm disappointed in him, hurt and shocked that he had no regard for my feelings at a time when I needed him most and actually, I feel embarrassed for him because of his unprofessional behavior. Dr. Duberman, you should feel shameful for what you have done, I'm sure to countless patients. I've never had a doctor who is suppose to care about his patients, raise his voice to me. It is very important not only to get the proper care you need, but to have a doctor respect you and see you as a human being not just another medical conquest. Don't let him have a chance at taking your dignity away from you.

Stay away from Dr. Duberman, arrogant and inconsiderate after a failed surgery resulting all kinds of complications

Dr. Duberman has performed two surgeries on me and is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding experience with this compassionate, dedicated surgeon. From start to finish I was treated like I was the only patient in the world.

Dr. Duberman repaired my colostomy, and was able to do everything laparoscopically. The surgery went as described to me beforehand. I was in fairly severe pain on the day following the surgery, probably because of some adhesions that needed taken care of. However my pain was in the 1-2 range on the day following. Dr. Duberman did not keep me in the hospital longer than necessary, a benefit I am eternally grateful for. The staff at Western Wake were all exemplary, but I am probably not the best patient. My appetite fled and there was not much I could do about that. I am happy to give Dr. Duberman the highest rating.

He was excellent and I did not have much outpatient pain. Maybe could have a better bedside manner, but I do not do to a Doc because he is nice, but because he is one of the best.

Listens, explains everything, compassionate, nice bedside manner. Had three hernia's repaired and my gallbladder removed. If the appendix goes I'd only allow Dr. Duberman to do the surgery. The anesthesiologist for my surgery told me he'd only let Dr. Duberman work on him and my primary care doctor at that time said he was the only one she considered for her husband.Many of the nurses choose him. He's great.

Surgery and follow-up care was excellent.

Dr. Eric Duberman performed a fistulatomy on me at the end of last year. I have had much success and found Dr. Duberman to be a true professional. His bed side manner was good but he really seemed to care. He also performed a hernia surgery on my wife 2 years ago and was also very successful. I highly recommend this doctor!
