Dr. Eric Brandt Einstein, MD

Is dismissive and disrespectful of old people, which is ironic as he is quite old himself. The fact that that is one of his specialities is frightening and should make anyone question the quality of the institutions that employ him in that capacity, namely Norwalk and Danbury hospitals and other eldercare facilities. The only explanation is that elderly people are powerless in many situations and he and his partner/wife are effective at bullying and browbeating them into silence. He should not be allowed do geriactric care, that is quite obvious, and if these are recently surfaced idiosynchasies, he should perhaps be asked to retire before a greater lawsuit cripples an institution he is affiliated with.

Can be moody and angry.

This is the type of practice that used to be the norm and I'm grateful it's still available in Georgetown. The office staff is friendly and very very competent. You do not wait. The nurses are RN's who know their stuff. And Dr. Einstein gets to know you well, has time to answer all your questions, and has an approach that is reasonable and not alarmist. I could not be happier with this practice.

Dr. Eric Einstein could care less about his patients. His detachment is palatable. He is the antithesis of what you would expect in a geriatric internist. He is mean, nasty and uncaring. I wouldn't recommend him to an enemy. My overall rating would actually be no star if possible. His lack of compassion and disinterest in my mother is reprehensible.

Dr. Einstein; Has a wonderfully run practice, not a race track doctor.

Consults and spends personal time with you as part of his process of examination. Up on current research and techniques. Excellent referral database.

Doctor is nice enough but is not great at an accurate diagnosis. Office staff is the WORST. Nasty office clerks. Dr. would be better off finding someone new.

The Doctor and his staff are very nice and very caring. Appointments are usually very easy to schedule. Very convenient to get to his office.
