Dr. Eric Roy Engel, MD

I highly recommend dr Engel. I can not use enough words to describe the extend of care he provides. My road was not easy, but he showed the best care and follow up until my 2 implants were complete. In brief, dr Engel is professional and at the same time down to earth. I enjoyed his staff especially his assistant Laura who showed continuous care and professionalism. Great staff. No wait time and reasonable cost.

Never have I ever had such horrific customer service. A employee at this location was the worst with no education.I can't explain how they have people working like this. Came in to the office and since I started filling out paperwork I could sense the bad energy of this employee as I finished. I said are you having a bad day and she replied you were rude on the phone and I said excuse me she said you were rude on the phone I said why because I asked if you give reminder calls. She proceeded to say " we can take this outside" I was baffled when she stated this. It was to the extent that another employee had to tell her to leave because of her unprofessionalism. How sad to have such demeanor towards others. After that I saw the doctor and explained what happened. And for sure I canceled my appointment and got my money that I and my dental insurance was going to pay almost $1,000 poor Dr. lost over a rude employee. Also asked for a office manager and according to them they don't have one.… Heavenly Jesus please read reviews on facebook they are not good. I should have pressed charges on her for threatening me. I have been seeing Dr. Engel for over two years. I came to him with lots of problems, (a lifetime of them as I am kinda old lol). He has gone above and beyond to help me. His staff has always been helpful and caring. I had another surgery yesterday and this evening I am sitting here thinking about how grateful I am that I found him and I thought, well tell other people too. So here it is. I know in this world you always wonder if someone is real and telling the truth, all I can say is I am a mortgage loan officer and don't know him or anyone at his office other than being a patient and I hope you trust me enough to visit him once, if you need dental help. I cannot say enough about how great the experience was. Dr Engel and his staff were awesome. I had two wisdom teeth pulled when I was 25 by another Dr. the pain after that surgery was so unbearable that I refused to get another one pulled. At age 53 when it's harder for this surgery I trusted Dr Engel to pull it after he had pulled all four from both of my daughters. Their experience allowed me to have Dr Engel pull mine. With a little meds I can honestly say I was virtually pain free. I am writing this two days after the surgery with no pain meds and I couldn't be happier with Dr Engels work. Thank you Dr Engel and your staff. I would highly recommend East Valley Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery.

I have a long history of dental, bone loss issues and health issues requiring certain meds. Over past several years I’ve been referred to Dr. Engle at least 4 times by both my dentist and my endodontist (as recently as this week). His professional, kind manner impresses me. He is frank, thorough and patient in explaining the involved issues I face. This is very important to me. Some of my choices have not been clear or easy ones. I’ve benefited from his experience and knowledge in making the right decisions. I’ve been extremely satisfied with all procedures, post procedure directions and follow-up appointments. Out of necessity, sad to say, I do have a “favorite oral surgeon”. I would definitely recommend Dr. Engle to any relatives or friends no matter what their age.

Went to see Dr. Engel. Got the bill in the mail. Called and talked with Val, I paid with my Visa credit card over the phone. Val says she'll mail the receipt via the regular mail. I got my Visa credit card statement. Dr. Engel got his money. A month later I get a nasty gram my account is being placed with Transworld Systems, Inc. a licensed collection agency. Wrong answer! I never got the receipt from Val. I called back never received an apology. What a bunch of unprofessional clowns! I recommend you go elsewhere.

I can't recommend Dr Engel highly enough. I've referred several friends; one drives 30+ miles to see him.

He is the Best at what he does!

This office is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! I had my wisdom teeth extracted with just local anesthetic and did not feel a thing. Everyone was super nice and Dr. Engel did a great job. I would and have referred everyone I know.

I am so pleased with all of the services provided by Dr. Engel and staff. I have driven over an hours to bring my other 2 children for their wisdom teeth exaction. I highly recommend this office. I used to be in dental field for over 15 years, so I can assure you that you will feel the comfort and care your deserve for yourself or your children.
