Dr. Eric Paul Fiedler

I have worked with Dr Fiedlker for close to ten years. In the process I was blessed with a wonderful son. I have nothing less to say about him, he has the best practice for infertility in Pa. He will not tolerate lack of commitment and efficience on the part of his nurses and other staff and he has had to release those who compromised the patients care! Keep up the good work you do over there.

I will never forget the brash, rude and careless treatment I received from Dr. Fiedler, my nurse and the lady handling the benefits. Instead of just providing information on the possible age related issues I may face, he chose to maintain a negative tone about it throughout our meetings. During my visits I never saw any people of color. He should consider sensitivity training--& if for no other reason, maybe because of all the money we paid........

The office has it's ups and downs. The staff seems not very curteous (could just be this area in PA though). The staff seems to have new people, not sure why and wasn't informed that my nurse no longer worked there. The doctor is up to par with information on conditions you may have. I trust his knowledge. I am still waiting to go thru ivf so time will tell.

Dr. Fiedler has the worst commication stills we have ever experienced. He and his office staff are rude, abrasive and not forthcoming with any information relevant to your care. I seriously quesiton the billing practices of this office and their integrity. Someone should be investigating the authenticity of his medical records.

The staff is amazing and I'm never left waiting if my appointment is for bloodwork and I don't need to see the Dr. if I have to see the Dr. that is another story...there's no telling how long I will wait!

I have been a long time patient with Dr. Fiedler and have the highest regards for him and his staff. I spent years in the infertility system with treatment at other institutions. I received better, more personal care at ACIRM than I did at other larger health care systems. The personal tour of the facility shows that they are committed to higher quality care and have nothing to hide. I am blessed with 2 children from his expertise and would recommend ACIRM to anyone dealing with infertility issues.

Dr. Fiedler is amazing and by far the best infertility Dr. in Central PA. He is so compassionate and brilliant. Infertility is such a sensative and emotional issue, but Dr. Fiedler was very caring and determined to help us start our family- it is very obvious that Dr. Fiedler's primary concern is his patients and helping them to become pregnant. Without Dr. Fiedler I would not have my daughter, and I really don't think any other RE in the area would have been able to help my situation like the staff at ACIRM. Words can't express my gratitude.

After 4 phone calls to the office we gave up. They could never find our file could not track down if our application was mailed to us, etc. The only thing the staff was certain to remind us anytime we called was that were a cash only practice and expected payment promptly!
