Dr Freedman, saved my life sadly will miss him

Was patient for 7-8 years. Needed letter for Gov't. agency. Woman on staff was rude, and said couldn't find it. I mentioned it must be in my file, and they gave it to me every year. She hung up on me stating I yelled at her (I didn't). She then called me back in 10 minutes, stating they weren't going to give me my letter, and I should find another Urologist. I was shocked! Dr. Freedman is ok, but he needs to get his office staff organized, and teach them some manners. Something is seriously wrong in that front office.

Dr. Freedman is highly knowledgeable in his field, has a terrific personalty, takes the time to answer any and all questions and 'listens to you.

unorganized office had no xray(cd) of work done for the consultation and no reports had time to request once office gave apt to me called into office late, receptionist slow. while sending a fax and waiting for the whole paper work to go she did not help us until fax was done, went back to phone call that was put on hold to confirm fax, and once she hung up a call came through she did answer but did put on hold all was said and done ok you are done. I heard how bad this doctor is but i guess i had to see it to believe it. and boy do i confirm it. I assume that the people that do like the guys are the right skin color for that practice

Dr Freedman has preformed surgery and treated me for kidney stones for over two years. His care is friendly and business like. His treatment has been correct, and surgery had no complications with quick recovery. He followed up on another unusual indication. He has been the best I could expect. His office staff is wonderful, pleasant and helpful. I recommend him to anyone who needs his specialty.
