If dismissive, insulting, condescending and rude are not things you want in your doctor, avoid the Overlake ER, because you might get stuck with Friedland, and he is truly a horrible man. THE WORST.

This man lacks compassion. He mocked me, and insulted me. I can't understand why he would have gone into medicine.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have EVER seen. Extremely rude and condescending. Called me fat and multiple other things. I asked for a new doctor while sobbing and he continued to say he did nothing wrong and when I confronted him he said that I am overweight so he said nothing wrong. Then I heard him badmouthing me to the nurse and my infectious disease doctor. DO NOT ALLOW THIS DOCTOR TO SEE YOU. He is awful. And with all his negative reviews he needs to be let go!
