Dr. Eric I Gentry, MD

Dr. Gentry is rude and condescending to me and my relatives as I was visiting his office for a pneumonia. I would not recommend him to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

My experience with Dr. Gentry was poor at best. My wait for 50 minutes, which even for a doctor is unacceptable. The worst part was his office. The staff was rude and the ability to connect with them on a phone call was just insane. This practice should either hire more staff or disband. Terrible situation!!!

Impossible to call the office. No one ever answers and when tjey do your on hold for ever. He may be a good physician but his bedside manner is lacking and the exam rooms are extremely small and claustrophobic. Does not spend enough time with patient and does not explain his diagnosis well at all.

I was referred by my PCP to Dr. Gentry for a serious breathing condition. had no problem scheduling an appointment to see him. At the office his competent staff performed a battery of breathing tests and Dr Gentry thoroughly listened to my concerns and after examining me explained clearly his diagnosis. What I liked best is that he carefully discussed my treatment options and offered his opinion on what would work best for me. He clearly cares about his patients and is the best doctor I have encountered in a long time. And most importantly I am breathing much better now.

The wait time in this office was over an hour. When I complained they weren't apologetic and didnt do anything to speed things up. Dr Gentry explained things but was quick and not patient with us. The office staff is very unprofessional, seems like they don't know what they are doing. The techs who do the sleep study are even worse. Lack if communication between both offices. Wouldn't go here again.

Dr Gentry and his staff are great. His team is friendly and compassionate. Dr. Gentry has dealt with my husband's severe breathing problems beyond expectation and has been able to improve his quality of life immeasurably.

I have found Dr. Gentry to be an excellent doctor. He is very patient with me and asks me questions and answers mine promptly. He shows concern and respects me as his patient. He consistently looks over my chart and compares it to the present. I trust my life with him. He is by far the best!!!!

Unsure of what test results indicated, gave no clear answers, unwilling to listen to questions or patients understanding of problem. Unwilling to look back in chart to see that the same problem was what brought me to his office several years ago.
