unprofessional - deliberate humiliation

I've been a patient of the practice for more than 5 years and every person in the office is professional & truly compassionate. Dr. Grahling & his associates are extremely knowledgeable in identifying & treating pain. Their explanation of procedures leaves nothing to question. I highly recommend the entire practice and can't thank, all of them, enough. But most of all, the gratitude I have for Dr. Grahling and his knowledge of pain relieving procedures is so great. Without him I would still have debilitating neck and low back pain. He has given me a much better life!!! Thank you!

After they've made you go through all these painful needles then it's like ok we're done with you. No referral or anything. They don't call you back. I'm shocked they even keep people going there. I've told my friends don't go there.

Made an appointment several times to see dr Grahling but he didn't bother to see me had his PA see me ... Not impressed at all .

My Sister has been in excruciating pain for about two years with her pack. Nerve problems at the beginning. I went with her on the initial visit and information was first taken by someone there and discussed with Dr Grahling while we waited. Dr Grahling then came in the room. They gave her two procedures which helped a little BUT when she asked for a third the "information man" said the Dr would not give her another unless she took something for depression. He knew she was in pain but refused to give her the procedure unless she took meds. She certainly was not depressed but felt they were forcing pills on her. I felt she didn't need them either. She never got the shot. Shortly after she developed fractures in her spine, had an operation for them but pain was still there. Horrible pain. I finally said to her to go back to Dr Grahling. I even made the appointment for her. That day she walked into his office with the worst pain a person could be in. After the "middleman" asked her… questions her questions she could barely answer being in pain he the room. Obviously to discuss her situation. He came back and they flat out refused to help her. I said you can let her go without helping her when her pain is off the charts. They ARE pain management and they couldn't help. I said I know it's because she didn't take depression meds that you suggested last year and he didn't answer. We left. One more thing. You NEVER see Dr Grahling in any visit unless you're getting a procedure. Oh but he's ready to collect a hefty sum from insurance companies. Terrible experience. Never ever going back. And the staff they could have cared less that a woman with a walker in excruciating pain left without help.

Excellent dr he gets to the bottom of your pain

I was referred by my orthopedic physician for trigger point injections. I was "scolded" by office clerks at my initial evaluation for not having my paperwork completed when I arrived. Unprofessional and obnoxious!! Never met with Dr. Grahling at my initial eval but it was determined that I needed trigger point injections by the APRN. Showed up for my appointment one hour early to take my prescribed meds in advance of the injection and would just wait in the waiting room. Explained that my daughter was meeting me there in 10 minutes to drive me home. Refused to see me and do the injection because I drove myself there..... despite the fact that I had NOT even taken my medication yet!!! Staff again rude and obnoxious!!!! Called my ortho MD and asked to send me elsewhere!!! I will NEVER deal with this practice again nor will I refer any injured workers there either!!!

Had a disc removed by neurosurgeon and followed up with Dr. Grahling for pain management - no pain medicine as I need to work f/t & he is not a believer in pain meds. He did the facet joint injections and they worked well for awhile, had them done more than once. Started having severe pain, went to primary. They sent me for an MRI, results sent to Dr. Grahling & he wanted to do more injections. I didn't think it would be helpful based on my pain. He suggested I see someone for my arthritis. Went back to my pcp, got a referral to a rheumatoid Dr. who sent me to another neurosurgeon. After looking at my MRI - I had a herniated disc. Dr. Grahling NEVER told me it was herniated, nor did my primary because they thought Dr. Grahling took care of it. I lived a year with it before getting it treated. Never been back!

Dr Grahling's staff always greets their patients with a smile. Dr. Grahling is well educated and has helped me when no one else could. I am very HAPPY I found him. Happily Pain Free. Highly recommend him!

I have been suffering for 2 months with excruciating pain. Been to pcp, chiro and hospital when the pain was so bad. Decided to schedule appt. Went for ctscan. When office called to schedule follow up I asked to speak w dr about results and was told Dr deems that 'unprofessional'. Having met my oop for the yr I was eager to see Dr.before yr end. Well appt scheduled for 1/2! Not only were my test results unremarkable, my elevated BP and heartrate are proof of the pain I experience the APRN offered me no resolution and stated they had never had a pt like me! I requested that I see the 'Dr' and he would not see me.....Really? Needless to say I called bcbs and will dispute the charges. He should b ashamed of himself advertising as pain management. There is no talent or training associated w simply reading test results in my opinion.
