Felt weak and dizzy, went to Dr. H, who found occult blood and cardiac symptoms. He had the ER at NMH waiting for me. Every day, he followed my treatment online, then he saw me in the office. He knew everything that had transpired. I couldn’t have gotten better care from another doctor or hospital.

We use to go to him for years..He is a very good doctor but sadly his staff is awful.. We found another doctor.

This doctor (I've seen many at Premier Health) refused to fill a prescription, telling me (through his nurse) that if I went to see another doctor in the practice, he should fill it. The other doctors don't get annoyed if you see one of their partners. I see whomever is available when I am ill. I count on all of them. It was petty. He received my MRI results and I had an appointment to get them, but he left (he was out in the hall putting on a scarf). Instead of diagnosing me, he sent in a young girl I'd never met before to tell me about nerve damage. It was his responsibility, not hers, It was appalling.

I have been frightened to go to a doctor for years. When I finally was sick enough to have to visit a doctor, I was lucky and found Dr. Hansen. He is thorough and compassionate; you will leave his office feeling like your problems are being well addressed.

I went for blood work, and the Doctor never followed up with me on the results, I called the lab that did the work, and they sent the results over to me instantly, and they said the doctor received the results the week before. So I called the doctors office, and they said he never received the results from the lab and basically they said I was wasting his time, and they no longer accept my insurance....so he left me hanging looking for my results and another doctor. Avoid him...
