He's been our family doctor for over ten years. He has a great sense of humor. He always listens to his patients and explains things very well.

I was with him for about 4 years, hes a good guy. Listened to my issues and helped me. But his office manager is terrible. I always did as they asked as I was on pain medication, I took drug test anytime they asked. But was treated quite poorly by the end.

Love Dr Heathers he Is carrying he makes you feel like he really is listening to you because he is !! I wouldn’t go anywhere else I’ve been going to him for a long time!! Is a Great Dr and person his whole staff is very nice and caring

Yes, it does seem that your waiting time to see Dr. H is forever. However, that is because he takes the time to see and listen to you. He is not one of those "in and out" doctors. I have been with Dr. H since he came to Kokomo and short of him retiring or me dying or moving, I always will be. The staff is pretty much the same ones as he has had. They know the patients and are helpful and courteous.

Very personable, takes time to get to know you and your issues. Dr. Heathers truly cares about his patients.

After waiting almost an hour to see Dr. Heathers he rushes in the room and barely even looks at me, let alone listen to what my symptoms are. I was told All that was wrong with me was stress. REALLY! Maybe waiting an hour to see you for 10 minutes of your time might stress a person out, but there could other things wrong as well. As for the staff, don't even get me started, they make you feel as if you are a bother and wasting their time. Seriously, when you have to post letters in every room reminding patients not "to display anger" maybe you should ask yourself why so many of your patients are frustrated and angry!

Dr. Heathers is an exceptional family physician! He is caring, thorough and spends as much time as is needed with you. He went out of his way for me several times over the years. He is a great doctor with an awesome personality!

VERY BAD SERVICE NEED A DOCTOR WITH SOME BRAIN THE STAFF HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHINGS A MESS

The rating for wait time is due to the fact that Dr. Heathers takes the time to listen and answer all questions with each patient. If you have ever had a doctor that made you feel rushed or unimportant, you need to see Dr. Heathers. He does not give any indication that he needs to go before you are ready for him to go. He will listen to each and every problem or issue you have and work to fix it. He is very thorough and does not leave anything out. He will not make you feel intimidated as some doctors do. He is a very friendly, down to earth, and caring man. He speaks to you as an individual and will explain all your questions or worries with ease. Best of all, he is knowledgeable. And when he doesn't know the answer to something, he is not afraid to say so. He will order tests or even send you to someone who knows how to fix the problem. He does not just guess or assume he is right. He wants to be sure. I honestly believe he cares about people and wants to do whatever… he can to help them lead better lives. I would rate him as one of the best doctors in Kokomo, if not Indiana. A doctor like Dr. Heathers is a rarity in this world today. We need more doctors like him.
