The lady in the front desk seems like she does not want to even work there.I do not agree with having people that do not smile or customer friendly to be the first people you speak to when you come into the clinic.I was needing paperwork to be filled out and this is the second week of waiting for it to be ready.I called tidy and they have not even touched it.I explained to them that I was needing the paperwork by tomorrow and that I would be going after work to pick it up.I told her I would wait if I needed too.Once I for there the lady in the front did not greet me or have any care in the world of what I needed.I told her is would wait for the paperwork and she said well it would be a while because we have to wait for the doctor to finish up with her patients in order to fill them out.The wait was fine I really had no plans for the rest of the day but me even saying that to the lady seemed as if she for upset.Total rudeness! Who wants to see people like that in a clinic even more a… medical clinic?The people who attend a medical office are already not feeling good.
