Dr. Eric Nathaniel Hoeper, MD

My dad and I drove 45 mins to Skokie we got lost at the hospital. We we arrived to his office we were 15 minutes late he didn’t take us in. I explained to the receptionist why we were late, she said the doctor called her and told her not to let my dad in because he was late. My dad is 75 years old with medical conditions. And he was supposed to see the doctor for pain in his elbow. I understand we were late but we tried our best and we live far away not very familiar with Skokie Hospital. By the way the waiting room was empty I understand if he had a lot of patients but he had none. Just ignorance!!!

I had 10:30 appointment and arrive in 10:05 11:45 I canceled the appointment and left. Only reason I made an appointment with Dr. Hoeper was I could see him in a few days, compare to other doctors. Now I know why.

We have recommended Dr. Hoeper to friends and they love him too. What a blessing to find a doctor that is truly looking for our families best interest.

Dr. Hoeper was very informative. He took time to expain things to us. He takes time with his patients, isn't rushed to get out of the room. He was very through, and we made a follow up appointment with him.
