Eric Charles Isenman, MD

I have been a patient of his for about 5 years now. Dr. Isenman has always taken the time to answer all my questions, looks up things on the computer that you ask about to confirm answers and discusses all your health issues. He is very personable and has a great staff too.

Dr. Isenman is a good doctor, however, his charge staff is rude and insulting, especially when you question their responsibilities. Twice in 6 months, they called my meds into the wrong pharmacy and when I went without meds for nearly a week each time, they'd insist the problem had to be mine or the pharmacy's. The first time this happened, I was patient and gracious, believing they'd realize they were not perfect. The second time I let them know I was upset. Their tale to Dr. Isenman that I was unreasonable wasn't even questioned by Dr. Isenman and he sent me a certified letter that he would no longer be my physician. I admire loyalty, but not when it supports inexcusable behavior.

If it were not for Dr. Eric Isenman and his father, Dr. Martin Isenman, I would not be alive today. He is the best internist in Brevard.
