Summary
Dr. Jacob graduated from SUNY Stonybrook School of Dental Medicine in 1998. Prior to studying at SUNY Stonybrook, he attended Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Jacob has been practicing for 7 years in his current location in East Hills, NY. He does yearly presentations for a number of local area schools. Dr. Jacob is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), New York Dental Association (NYDA), Nassau County Dental Society (NCDS), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). He is also a member of the Peninsula Hospital study club.
Prior to entering into private practice, Dr. Jacob was involved in the Long Island Jewish General Practice Residency Program. In the summer of 1996, he volunteered his services to the recovery and identification efforts of the TWA Flight 800 disaster. During this time, he helped with victim identification. Dr. Jacob has received a number of awards and honors including: Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society member, American College of …Prosthodontics Undergraduate Achievement in the Study of Prosthodontics Award, Award for excellence in the Pharmacological Science, Award for excellence in the Neurological Science, and Beta Beta Beta Biology National Honor Society at Tulane.
In his free time, Dr. Jacob enjoys playing golf and basketball. During the summer in Long Island, he enjoys going to the beach with his family.
