Dr. Eric Michael Jacobson, MD

This doctor saw me for about ten years. Never identified my two physical underpinnings of my illness. Arrogant. Only has pills. Told me I would be on one medication or another for the rest of my life. Complete lie and fraud. Chemical imbalance narrative is a lie. My life has been ruined by stigma for three decades. Ivy League schools like Brown used to have credibility now they are warning signs of corruption and greed.

I have seen this doctor for too many years. At first he seemed very helpful. Now he seems to be on auto-pilot waiting for retirement. Just to let you know he is a drug pusher. No psychotherapy ever suggested. Just drugs and more drugs. Also the billing dept. is a nightmare. Billed for appointments that I never even made. To me it seems like he is burnt out and is not doing anyone any good at this point. Find someone who is still loves his job and wants to help. This one is washed up in my opinion. I found a new doctor who told me I don't need to be on the dosage he had me on and for as long as he had me on them. Once he gets you hooked on the meds, it is really hard to get off of them. Think hard about alternative solutions before you decide to see him. He has a nice manner which can make it harder to believe he can be deceptive. You will find out that the meds and the side effects are worse than the actual disorder.
