Dr. Eric Lloyd Jones, MD

Concerns because every time I went, no one waiting in the room, the office was dead quiet, still long time to get back to me. First time I saw the doctor chatting with office staff, 25 min. to get back there and another 20+ min wait for doc after that, with no other people in office. Very apparent doc wasn't familiar with my records, read them while in room with me. Second time, I called & verified they were running on time. Taken back after 5 min. 25 min. after my appt. I left w/out seeing doc and he was still sitting out in the area.

Getting an appointment is easy and generally he is prompt with little wait time. His is very personable, likable, professional, and listens well. He doesn't over prescribe and is ready to answer any questions you may have and is highly qualified. He seems to move around a lot, but other than that, I would recommend him for medical needs.

His main nurse has a new york latina accent and a nasty new york attitude. I was waiting for a hour and 30 mins just to see him for a check-up. He treated me like I was a stupid and as if I was a hypocondriac.
