Eric Keahey, MD

Dr. Eric Keahey graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Keahey completed his family medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Family Medicine Program in Austin, Texas. Dr. Keahey is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians. His clinical interests include: Dermatology, Orthopedics, and care of lung problems including allergy and asthma care. Regarding his philosophy of patient care, Dr. Keahey says that training and personal experience has led me to favor a collaborative approach to care; educating patients and their loved ones about the disease, discussing treatment approaches, reasonable expectations of cost and quality of life considerations. Dr. Keahey enjoys most outdoor activities and is an avid mountain biker. He is married and has two sons.
