Cataract surgery in August for both eyes using dropless procedure. Both experiences went well - no problems. After 65 years of wearing glasses, I now only need them for reading. Dr Larson has great surgical skills!

I have amd and was t old by all three that I probably wont see any improvements in my vision. DR Larson went ahead and removed my cataract and now I can see very well out of my worst eye. I will get my other eye done next week. I cant wait to see how well I will be able to see out of my cataract free eyes.

He did cataract surgery, put in a lens that was nearly 4 diopters too strong, then put in a second lens in the vitreous to offset the power. Years later the second lens chaffed the iris which caused blockage inside the eye resulting in very high pressure (pigmentary glaucoma) which caused optic nerve damage. Eye is pretty much useless except in certain lighting.
