Dr. Eric C Lisic, DO

Lisic NEVER showed up for my scheduled appointment . I drove 2 hours round trip from my home to a NO SHOW doctor's appointment. At his office they told me he was out that week with his son. I told them that no one called me to inform me of this and I just drove an hour to get to his office. When I got home I called his office and spoke with a "Daniel" about my displeasure of just making a 2 hour round trip to this appointment where Lisic did not show up and I was never called prior to this to inform me that he would not be there. I was angered & told him that he should be paying ME for my drive time when this doctor NEVER showed up. I then got a certified letter a week later telling me that Lisic called me "Abusive" and that he would no longer be my doctor. This doctor did not show up for my appointment and he calls ME ABUSIVE!!!! I wasted 2 hours driving to his office and I strongly suggest that you think twice about using this Doctor!!

Dr. Lisic is wonderful with my mother, he is kind and takes his time and listens to her concerns. I also like that he involves her in her care and asks for feedback when planning any medical care or treatment needed at the time. Quite happy with him handling her medical care.

I hope that I never have to see another physician. Dr. Lisic is the most caring physician I have ever seen. He spends time trying to get to know you and doesn't just throw medicine at you to treat an issue.

Dr Lisic is always a very kind and caring physician and very extensive with his testing and care administered in very timely manner.

Made an appointment to see Dr. Lisic and was told it would be a couple of months since it was to be my first visit. I understood and agreed to the wait time. A few days before my appointment his office called and said he was not going to be in the day of my appointment and they wanted me to reschedule and they said it would be two or three months before there was an opening. Again I agreed to the wait. Here we are three months later and they call a few days before my appointment and inform me he will not be in the day of my appointment and again I will need to wait two more months for an opening. What kind of a joke is this place. Never did see the man and never will. The Cookeville Regional Group is something to stay away from if you need medical attention. I have an appointment some where else and got it within a week.
