Dr. Eric William Long, MD

Doctor Long truly stands out as a Doctor dedicated to medicine. As the previous review reads accurate, Dr Long will take the time needed to figure out what's going on and give and accurate diagnosis. He listens, takes the time to explain things, is very down to earth and polite, and doesn't shy away from the work needed to practice medicine. He quickly got to work ordering an MRI, and figured out I had a hurniated disc even when many other doctors misdiagnosed by overlooked the imaging results. The first doctor that I had gone to wouldn't even order an MRI, and left on vacation for two weeks with me in excruciating pain, and by ordering treatments that were painful, that only aggravated my condition. If it wasn't for Doctor Long I don't doubt that my condition would have ever been diagnosed, and the insurance would have successfully denied me any compensabiliy, leaving me injured, unable to work, in pain, and with no medical help. Its hard to find a truly dedicated Doctor, but Dr.… Long is not only dedicated, he is straight forward and honest, exsperianced in his feild, and will go above and beyond to get you the care you need to get better. I highly recommend him, and wish there were more Doctors like him! The only reason I gave four stars for ease of appointment, is because he is busy dedicating himself to his patients, and weighs very carefully if he can take on a new patient. Outstanding Doctor!

Dr. Long takes a step back and looks at the WHOLE picture. He observes and researches and takes his time with patients. Dr. Long is thorough in his diagnosis and treatment.He is not skittish with insurance companies like so many other doctors.I hightly recommend him.
