What a great experience. I was nicely treated and thoroughly taken care of. In these scary times of covid it was wonderful to see how well they addressed everything.

I am very unsatisfied with my visit. My daughter needed a slightly stronger prescription, as well as a new pair of glasses since her previous pair got lost. During the earlier prescription tests, the doctors only tested her eyes separately and didn't test both lenses together. As a result, the prescription was too strong and she claims it would hurt her eyes when putting them on, and the prescription was unnecessarily strong. We returned a little while later suggesting that she needed a lower prescription. To assure that she would get a comfortable prescription, we saw this doctor was rated highly and expected that he'd be less likely to make an error. After waiting for over an hour to visit the 'best' doctor, we came in and suggested a new prescription. Rather than professionally admitting his worker's mistakes, he started arguing that the prescription was correct, despite the fact that it would be painful for my daughter to wear and would cause much more harm to her eyes than good.… The doctor didn't even consider checking the prescription, he just argued about why he was 'right'. It was not only unprofessional and unfriendly, but he was also raising his voice at my child, to the point that it drove her to tears. We left the appointment with my child crying, no glasses, two hours wasted, and a very unsatisfactory experience. My daughter did nothing wrong and experienced hostility. No one deserves this kind of treatment in a public area, much less someone who's still growing. The prescription was proved unnecessary. At another office, the prescription was much lower on my daughter's glasses and met her needs better than her prescription here.

First time going to eye assiciates of Norht Jersey and i had a very good experience! Dr Estevez and Michele Pieski were amazing and went out of their way to help me and get me in and out in a timely matter so i could get back to work. Definetly recommend

I've had an recurring eye problem for the past several years that had been disregarded by my previous eye doctor. When I went in to see Dr. Mann he asked me lots of questions about my overall health and he was able to tell me that my eye problem was related to my colitis (stomach issues). I was really amazed that an eye doctor could and would be able to connect the dots where others couldn't. Yes he rushes around and sees lots of patients but when it really matters he spends the appropriate amount of time with me and always tells me that if there is ever an emergency to call as they will get me right in. I have no problem not sitting in the doctors office for hours as i have other places i'd rather be! If he wasn't so good and caring he wouldn't be so busy!

Dr. Mann took the time to talk to me about my glaucoma. He was very thorough and offered me different treatment options. I decided on a laser procedure that was very easy to go through and now I don't need drops. But the most important thing was that he was so empathetic the whole time. Treated me like family! I highly recommend him!

I am changing doctors as I am tired of waiting so long. I have waited up to 1 1/2 to 2 hrs 50% of the times I have been there.

Dr Mann was extremely helpful with telling me what was wrong with me. When he diagnosed my cataract he did not make me feel pressured to have surgery. I waited 6 months but then when the time came his reassurance and compassion, along with his excellent skills made it go flawlessly. I can't thank him enough for letting me see again!!!
