Dr. Melancon and his staff are amazing! The nurses are caring and compassionate, wait time is reasonable, and Dr. Melancon makes sure his patients have a full understanding of his treatment. I haven’t seen a more thorough and attentive Dr in a very long time.

I like Dr Eric , his attitude was friendly, he really cared an listened his staff members where nice too I would recommend him to everyone I know

Was having issues with health I took blood work exrays they didn't call me an let me know anything I had to call in an nurses told me I had prescriptions waiting for me I get to pharmacy an find out it's the most expensive product available for my condition I wanted a cheaper product so back to the doctor's office I go I told them I have to go back offshore tomorrow an I need this before I leave they said they would write the doctor an email I said ok they said they will call me when he decides no call the next day I go back they say he didn't read his email yet so I wait longer 5 more hours go by it's time for me to go offshore now I call again an nurses says he hasn't read his email yet . So I told her don't worry about it. I am very angry why couldnt they walk in the back an just ask him for me I want a nurse staff an doctor that cares an will talk not pass emails back an forth I stead of walking 20 feet an asking simple question for me horrible experience will never go back I… will find a doctor that cares
