Dr. Eric Mier is a Board Certified Pediatrician, skilled in all aspects of general pediatric care. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Mier has been in private practice with Dr. Michael Lasser since 1998. Together, they have worked hard to keep children in the community healthy and strived to keep parents educated about Pediatric health issues. He also enjoys precepting for first year medical students from New York Medical College. Dr. Mier, a proud father of two boys, always encourages parents to celebrate the joy of parenting. He enjoys exercising, bicycling, snowboarding and eating great food.

Dr Mier is wonderful. Take’s great care of my granddaughter. The front desk staff is a totally different story. Twice I’ve been there and twice the woman with the red hair has been unnecessarily rude. The blondish haired woman is no prize either. They need to be replaced or they need to retire.

Dr Meir is one of the nicest warmest pediatricians I have ever met..He is always patient and kind..but..the lady at the front desk with the Red hair and glasses as to be one of the rudest people I have ever met..she makes remarks to patients that are rude and insensitive..The front desk is the first impression I get when walking into a a office..They must do better..

Went there for my 3rd child, all boys after reading reviews and getting referred by friends. My older boys dr retired and needed someone new for newborn. My boys came along and absolutely loved staff and office and most importantly my teen felt comfortable and I felt confident in their knowledge. Will def keep this as prime location for all pediatric appts!

Dr. Mier is one of the most pleasant and genuine health care professionals I have ver met. He has been my child's pediatrician for over a decade, and I have trusted his advice and his care implicitly.

Absolutely one of the best out there. He never rushed me, took time to listen to my concerns and was just overall, an amazing pediatrician! I was SO sad when we moved and he was too far away to go to anymore! I would Highly recommend him!

Well, where to start. First, the office; nice. Second, the staff; generally rude. Third, waiting time; unbelievable! There were times when we had to wait for over 1.5 hours with a sick child. I was in tears at the end and very upset and the doctor had spent FIVE minutes with us before passing us to a nurse and telling us to get Tylenol. I dealt with the office for many years before I had enough. I just could not take the waiting and I transferred to Dr. Schaff (who is the best). Forth, records; our new doctor had to request the records many time before Mier/Lasser staff responded. To my shock the two offices merged this year therefore we are on the move to find a new Pediatrician. I would NEVER consider (since we have welcomed another daughter) going to Mier/Lasser again!!!
