Horrible staff manager, refused to return a deposit I voluntarily paid for a simple procedure. I cancelled well in advance, would not return calls or emails or even speak to me! Beware giving any money to Dr. Minns!!

Dr. Minns and his staff are the worst!! I am a breast cancer survivor. I went to Dr Minns for reconstruction. He was willing to do the surgery, but I got denied by Blue Cross Blue Shield. I have been reconstructing my breast now and it’s an ongoing thing. I have pain and need to construct my breast. The staff told me that the doctor sent in an appeal for me with paperwork about the law with breast cancer survivors as well as photos of my breast. I got a call today from their office saying I was denied again from Blue Cross. I then called Blue Cross and they never received any information from the doctor or his staff. Now they’re refusing to answer my phone calls. I just can’t believe a doctor and his staff are so mean spirited and untrustworthy. They assured me they sent in the appeal and Blue Cross never received anything. I’m just so angry and disappointed.I don’t understand why they would treat me so badly. I’m just trying to get A fully reconstructed breast. I could understand if I… was a terrible patient even but I just met him and the staff and so on bewildered.. Now they don’t respond to my phone calls, but they will answer when I called from my boyfriend‘s phone interesting. I would stay clear from this doctor if you want great service and a trustworthy doctor with good morals. I am just shocked with this behavior. Bad doctor and staff!!

I was scared to death to get my breast reduction done but needed one and wanted one for the past 10 years. I decided this was the year to do it and get it over with. No more babies for us and I'm tired of hurting. My PC sent a referral to Dr. Minns in Santa Fe per my request and I had an appt set for surgery 6 weeks later. I should have done it years ago!!!!! It was the easiest thing I've ever done. Dr. Minns took great care of me. I appreciate him and his sweet staff so much. They were able to fit me into the schedule before the end of the year as I requested for insurance purposes but also Dr. Minns did an amazing job on my breast reduction. He took great care to measure out in detail how each one would go, be shaped, cut, put back to make them symmetrical. They look fantastic! So thank you to everyone up at Christus St Vincent Hospital, but mainly a huge thank you to Dr Minns. You're the ?? here.

I was late coming from Abq to Santa Fe. I left early but before I could reach my destination my phone died. I wasn't sure where it was at. Any way he came in to the room I tried to apologize but he brushed me off. He sat down like he was in a bad mood and through the clip board on the counter and I proceeded to tell him I wanted this and this revised. He wasn't will todo any of them and made it seem like there was no hope in correcting what was previously done. Then I guess he see I started to look like we'll then I wish I was told you don't do revisions before I drove an hour and a half to get here. He began to be a chipper and not be so negative in body language and how what he was communicating. Any way no i don't recommend starting off in a negative atmosphere it's not a good thing.I believe because I'm in my early thirtys he took my to be poor and time wasting. Well proved him wrong.

Dr Minns and his staff are absolutly amazing! he takes time to talk to you, answer any questions, and has awesome bedside manner. He is the only plastic surgeon i would ever recommend. Pricing is very reasonable and office very clean. Staff is subpurb!!! 5 stars!!!

His staff was very high pressure trying to get me book surgery.

I have nothing...but good words to share about my experience with Eric Minns. He...and his staff were exceptional. I just went to my one year follow up...and they remembered me and were as friendly as they were...a year ago! They all made my "difficult experience"...easy. I feel blessed to have had such an experience. I would recommend them to anyone! They always had time to spend with me...was never rushed...and everyone always had a smile on their face!
