I was less than 10 minutes late to an appointment because something came up at work (I work as a physician). I called ahead notifying them something had come up and I would be 5-10 minutes late. They cancelled my appointment and with my schedule I will not be able to see him again for 2-3 more months. Seeing my own patients this is never my attitude. We understand things come up and as long as there is communication, reasonable lateness, and no repeated offenses, we can work patients into the clinic schedule. His office however does not appear to be run with patients in mind first and his front office staff are condescending. Clearly this is a business first a dentist office second

My comment about x-rays were not correct. Digital images were taken.

Beware! Check his prices before you commit. Charged me $279 for a procedure) that has a national average cost of $117 and a local cost of $205 (2 surface resin filling procedure 02331}. Facilities are rudimentary with outdated cuspidors and x-ray film rather than the now standard computer generated images.
