Dr. Eric Jon Neal, MD

My daughter was a former client of Dr. Neal about 14 years ago and my experience with Eric was terrible. I brought my daughter in for an annual checkup and Eric wanted my daughter to receive vaccines and I started asking questions about the vaccines and he proceeded to flip out and scream and yell at my wife and threatened to call CPS if we asked anymore questions regarding vaccines. I'm not anti-vaccine and either was my spouse but we wanted clarification and he scared us really bad. He was so enraged after politely wanting clarification that when she did get the vaccine, he intentionally gave her a larger dose than she was suppose to get. She ended up getting really sick and had to go to the E.R. in Chico. The doctors in Chico were also worried about what Eric did and at the time, I could not find a malpratice attorney who would take on the case. Anyone thinking about having him as your doctor, beware because the man is crazy and vindictive.. protect your children from him.

We had a newborn who was three days old. She wasn’t eating and was sleepy and lethargic. I called his office to ask what we should do or bring her in to the hospital. I told his receptionist that our daughter hadn’t eaten for 4 1/2 hours and we were struggling to keep her awake to try to eat. She told me to just keep trying to feed her and to bring her to our appointment the next day. I asked her how long she should go without eating before we need to bring her in. She told me that she should be okay. Later that day we got a call from a specialist in Sacramento to bring our newborn to the ER for labs to be done due to a newborn screening that had been done at the hospital previously. When we got to the ER they could see how dehydrated she was. They had to admit her into the hospital and give her an IV where she stayed till 5 pm the following day. Dr. Neal came by around 3 pm that day to tell my wife that it wasn’t his receptionist fault and that if he had been in the office he would… have told us the exact same thing.

dr Niell has become a willing participant of the numbers game . It is more important to see as many patients as possible, Never mind that the medical findings might mean more time to give proper treatment. a vet take better care of his patients than this clinic

Dr Neil has been my childrens doctor from the day of birth.he has an outstanding bedside manore,as well as he is very carefull to make shure your little ones are at the peak of there developement.I was a high risk prenancy with bothe of my children due to the fact that i had two children that passed away before having my son geovanni as well as rose.my two daughters that had passed away sufferd from mermaid syndrom as well as hht a cromazon defect that causes blood vains in the brain to rupshore,knowing this Dr Neil took every precashion to make shure that we had healthy babys.he was incredable with myself as well as my children,and still is.Geovanni is now 8 years old,and rose is 6 years old and they are bothe in perfect health.my children look forward to seeing Dr Neil not just as there doctor but a familly trusted freind.

Dr Neal has excellent bedside manner, spends a great deal of time answering my questions and addressing all of my concerns and his staff is wonderful. The wait can be a touch long during cold and flu season but, that is to be expected anywhere
