Dr. Eric Newman Neisch, MD

The nurses were great. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is rude. They talk over you, hang up on you when trying to ask questions (b/c they are in a hurry), try to move your same day appointment up (when you can’t change it), are very short with you & are argumentative. This review is based on over two years of being serviced and nothing has improved. The Dr started off great. However, he gave a misdiagnosis and refused to see me back in the office the next day after more symptoms appeared. I had to be seen elsewhere to get a proper diagnosis. I was also told I’d be “fine” in 2-3 days-which was not the case. It took a week and a half for my symptoms to begin improving. Very unsatisfied with services all around.

I'm a new patient seeing Dr. Neisch for the second time and I can't say enough about him and his staff. Every single person I have been in contact with in his office are so caring and helpful. Dr. Neisch takes time to listen and is very concerned about your health. I'm so very blessed to have found Eastside Internal Medicine.

if you care about your health at all you should see dr. NEISCH. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH I CAN SAY EXCEPT GO SEE HIM.if you see any other doctor your put your health at risk.

Dr. Neisch is starting a new concierge medicine program and it will cost $1700 per year to stay with him. I don't approve of this practice model and don't feel paying that fee in addition to my monthly insurance premium is worth it just for him to decrease the size of his practice. They have pushy sales people answering questions and trying to get patients to sign up in his office. Dr. Neisch has been my PCP for years and I have always been satisfied with my level of care and with his staff but I will be finding another doctor immediately.

Dr. Neisch is a very nice and competent doctor who in conversations has displayed caring and knowledge of recent studies and information in his field.
