Dr. Eric W Newgent, DO

Dr. Newgent is not here anymore. I felt he cared about my health . Things changed when he left. the receptionist always have been introverted.. but this day ask me personal questions about my husband and children.. knowing well of the separation clearly stated on my file.. basically had to have read my file and background.. silly questions. My life must have been a joke open conversation in lobby area.. interrogating me as if I were a criminal.. I left feeling humiliated... I’m angry.. I am not alone because these ladies have a history of playing games with other patients. I will encourage them to also Write a review. The patients that were being seen other than myself recieved a more courteous and positive attitudes by the women. I am a biracial woman that makes me different.. I have narcolepsy and have been struggling.. I will find another provider.. I almost fell on my face a few times today ..they can’t be the only provider..it’s hard to walk away after such humiliation I don’t… understand a treatment plan if any is planned for me. I don’t believe they care to see me either.. I get that being a person of color
